My room featured a separate jacuzzi area. It certainly elevated my experience, providing a lovely touch for relaxation - quite a plus in a quaint town. The housekeeping team was efficient, ensuring my room remained tidy and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's location is less than ideal, somewhat distant from local attractions, which makes exploring a bit of a challenge. Given its four-star status, I did expect more from the overall facilities, which unfortunately felt more akin to a three-star experience. Breakfast was decent, though I wouldn't call it memorable. On the financial side, if you're seeking a balance between luxury and value, keep in mind the cost versus the limited amenities offered. Ultimately, while Pioneer Grand Palace has its charms, it's worth weighing whether the high price tag aligns with the overall experience.
